Presentation Night for the Year 7-9 cohort was undoubtedly the highlight of the week. The Theatre was full and an appreciative audience enjoyed the wonderful production. We celebrated our students successes with great pride.
One of the first presentations was to the 2013 Year 7 Scholarship recipients.The Scholarship Program is offered to Grade 6 students who demonstrate a positive work ethic, are supportive of their peers, play an active role within their school, are responsible and prepared to develop their academic achievements in their future.

Tonight
it is my pleasure to present The IMPACT Award to a student who has gone above
the call of duty and demonstrated exceptional commitment, organisation, focus
and diligence towards the Forest Hill College Leadership program. It gives me
great pleasure to present this award to Natalie.

THE BOB ADAMS
AWARD
This award is presented to a student who has
demonstrated improvement throughout the year.
This year’s recipient has demonstrated independence,
resilience and positive decision making. She has been self-motivated and has
grasped opportunities offered to her in order to create personal growth and
development. The winner of this year’s Bob Adams Award is: Hannah.

DAN EBDON AWARD
The Dan Ebdon Award is
presented to a student who is part of a team and demonstrates skills in this
area.
This year’s
recipient is a student who has worked in a number of teams including the World
Challenge team who are currently in Vietnam. He is hard-working, reliable and
committed. This year’s Dan Ebdon Award goes to Zac

SCHOOL ENDEAVOUR AWARD
The school endeavour award is presented to a student who has
made an outstanding contribution to the school community. The award is given to
a student who has made the most of their abilities during the year or made a
difference in the role she has undertaken, on behalf of the school.

HIGH ACHIEVERS AWARD
These students have been recognised for their outstanding
efforts and contribution to the College and involvement in a range of
extra-curricular activities. These students have been instrumental to the
organisation and running of key College activities. Such events include:
College Leadership, Tribe events, debating, the performing arts carnival and
the Leadership program.

PRINCIPAL’S AWARD
The Principal’s Award is presented to a student who demonstrates the
College values and strives for excellence in everything they do. This year’s
winner is involved in many aspects of our College. She is one of our College
Captains and a member of IMPACT. She was involved in the organisation of the performing
arts carnival. She is always polite, enthusiastic and co-operative. She is an
excellent role model for all members of our College community.The winner of the Principal’s Award for
2012 is Natalie.
The completion of formal classes for our Year 7-9 students has now come and gone. Their day was filled with wellbeing activities, a movie and a BBQ lunch. The students enjoyed the day and we thank the staff who put their BBQ and activities together.
