Parents nominated themselves into their sub committees for the year, and we would like to congratulate Jenny Silalahi ( Council President) and Mira Morris ( Council Vice President). We are always extremely greatful for the contributions our parents make to Council. We are very fortunate to have the expertise we do have on our Council.
Thursday was Parent Teacher Student day. Many parents and students had interviews with staff to discuss progress and look for ways to improve. It was great to see how many parents had initiated meetings to better understand their child's progress. Communication between school and home is a key element of a successful education.

This weeks PL clip is taken from the work of Carol Tomlinson again. Carol is an expert in the field of differentiation. Differentiation is how teachers ensure they are able to respond to and meet the needs of all learners in their class. This is our prime focus as a workforce for our learning and development.
